Robin

Robin Bender began her career at a small media shop doing media buying for Pfizer. After two years, she was recruited by Omnicom’s Rapp Collins, where she remained for 17 years. Her time at Rapp allowed her to touch many accounts where she was the driving force for lead generation and customer acquisition on accounts like US Navy (9 years), ADT Security Services (9 years), Kaiser Permanente (9 years), AT&T/DIRECTV (12 years) and J&J (5 years). Robin moved from Rapp to OMD and built OMD Direct and OMD Digital. She was an early innovator in the digital space and was responsible for bringing digital media into the mix for all clients at Rapp and OMD.

In 2006, Robin left Omnicom to open the doors of her first company, Converge Direct, an independent media agency that focused primarily on digital marketing. She was responsible for Client Services and New Business, and helped clients grow their digital channel through successful campaigns by more than 10 times. Her strategic leadership was instrumental for clients like AAA of California who grew their digital from basic banner placements to a full suite of digital channels making the medium responsible for driving over 40% of their new customers.

In 2018, Robin left Converge to open a female-owned company, LOR Media. Her goal is to use her knowledge in the business to grow media rock stars and reward them by giving them a stack in the business. Employees gain from LOR’s growth which provides incentives to do great work.. We treat every dollar as our own and work side-by-side with our clients to implement campaigns that achieve their marketing and sales goals.

Linda

Linda Mordovina is the Vice President of Media at LOR Media. She has a robust history in defining and implementing strategy across campaigns utilizing multi-media channels. Beginning her marketing career in 2012, she has 9 years of experience working across a variety of KPIs, with a heightened focus on accountable marketing and digital media.

Linda has a background across a wide range of verticals, working with some of the most recognized Brands in the US. Some of her clients over the years have included: AAA (Auto/Life/Travel Insurance, Membership Acquisition), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Great Wolf Lodge, Elf Cosmetics, Health Republic, Healthfirst and Medifast.

Most recently, Linda worked on the Verizon account, managing $300 million/year across Paid Search and Shopping. Linda directly oversaw several high profile launches for Verizon (iPhone 11, Samsung GS10, Full 5G Rollout, Super Bowl). She worked closely with Analytics teams to identify areas of improvement across the client’s Mobile site, expand the planning model from 3 touchpoints to 47 for Paid Search and shift from last click to a multi touch attribution model. This contributed to a +114% Y/Y sales growth vs. 2018.

Linda’s expertise is not only planning and executing media best practices but also in long-term planning, building out strategic roadmaps and opportunity analyses. She strives to always help clients by thinking one step ahead and ensure no stone is left unturned in identifying new areas of opportunity to scale and improve efficiencies. She believes every media dollar is important, whether your marketing budget is $50K or $50MM.

When Linda isn’t working, she is either on the move or planning her next adventure. She is coming up on visiting her 40th country! She will always have a new story about her puppy or her hamster who loves to escape.

Kira

Kira Howell is the Vice President, Account Management at LOR Media.

Relationships Matter!

Kira first discovered her abilities to identify how to strengthen and create long lasting relationships at Synapse Group (formerly known as NewSub Services). At Synapse, Kira was responsible for building long-term multi-media relationships with Top 500 companies within a variety of industries including financial, utility, cable and telecommunications. During her 9+year stay, she managed ~$100 million in billings including clients like American Express, Citibank and Time Inc.

Kira then went to Main Street Direct where she was a strategic leader managing full-service marketing on accounts needing media, creative and strategic services. At her time at Main Street Direct, she expanded her account management portfolio including Liberty Medical Supplies and AIG Direct.

Changing gears to client-side marketing, Kira took her agency knowledge to work inside the telecommunications industry at Frontier Communications, starting as Director of Residential Marketing and left as Vice President. During her 8-year tenure at Frontier Communications, she was part of the executive team that led the $3.6B acquisition deal with AT&T, managed media, creative and sponsorships across 27 states.

Her most recent professional ventures include Executive Team Member for Smithville Communications and VP, Account Services at LOR Media. In these roles, Kira brings her passion to drive strong results to all clients.

In her spare time, Kira is active in her community focused on Special Needs Advocacy, mentoring our next generation of marketers and professional and cooking various cuisines she learned how to chef up during her travels.

Marta

Marta Gomez has been with LOR Media since inception. She is an enthusiastic CFO focused on financial success. It’s been a wonderful opportunity for her to work alongside Robin Bender to establish and grow LOR Media’s business. She supports Robin in her vision for LOR Media by keeping the business in sound financial condition and compliant with tax filings and state government business provisions.

Marta started off her career in general accounting at Grey Advertising and then went on to spend twelve years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP specializing in high net worth individual income taxation which she followed with her own small accounting firm working with small businesses on financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance.

In 2004, Marta decided it was time to venture into her own business helping individuals and small businesses with their accounting and financial needs. Marta has created our Quickbooks accounting process. Robin had been a longtime client and she joined forces with her in the startup of LOR Media.

As Chief Financial Officer, she is detailed oriented to LOR’s clients’ accounting needs. She works with our media partners and internal staff to make sure accuracy of vendor affidavits and inputs into Quickbooks. Marta is there to ensure timely and accurate billing and reconciliations for all clients.
